Maximum Chain Link savings bring those payments to $125 and $154.55, roughly $34 and $42.50 per-cut equivalent. The maximum standard discount is rounded to $125, approximately 15% off. Before discounts, eleven payments total $1,617 or $2,000.02. Equivalents use an estimated forty visits for comparison, not a visit guarantee or per-visit billing. Final size, access, scope, and first billing date are confirmed before enrollment. Unique yards and one-time work need a custom quote.

Every eligible home automatically receives 2.5% off its own recurring plan price for each other active linked yard, up to 15%. Two homes each save 2.5%; seven homes each save 15%. Weekly seasonal service, the same block, and safe access between properties are required. We must be able to move equipment without trailer loading or mower travel in the street. Separately quoted extras are excluded.

No. There is no separate Chain Link enrollment, code, request, or proof of referral. We identify eligible active weekly-service homes and apply the savings automatically to each home. Inviting a neighbor is entirely optional, and it does not matter who signed up first. Each household simply arranges its own lawn care.

For customers paying monthly before the service month begins, the paid month's discount stays in place even if another home leaves. New discounts and reductions take effect with the following service month; reductions are communicated before the next payment. Weekly payment customers do not receive the full-month lock. The current linked-home count determines the next discount.

We know holiday expenses can pile up, so our schedule gives you a little extra breathing room. Your monthly payment spreads seasonal care costs across eleven payments, January through November, with no December bill. Normally weekly mowing during active growth transitions to less frequent seasonal visits, including routine fall leaf cleanup and early spring yard cleanup within the agreed scope. Visits may pause during dormancy, unsuitable weather, or when no work is needed. Winter payments maintain continuous enrollment and your ongoing payment arrangement; they do not promise winter mowing or a fixed number of visits.

Yes. Notify us before your next monthly billing date to stop future monthly service and payments. You will not be billed for the unbilled remainder of a year. If you return, a reactivation fee equal to two current monthly plan payments is due upfront in addition to your regular payment. The amount is quoted before you restart, alongside current pricing, route availability, and any separately quoted work to restore an overgrown yard. The fee is not a credit toward two future months.

No. We provide the agreed routine care as growing conditions warrant. Weekly describes the normal active-growth schedule, not a guaranteed seven-day interval. Rain, saturated soil, drought, slow growth, and dormancy may shift or reduce visits. Seasonal skips do not reduce plan payments or create banked make-up visits. A busier season does not increase the base plan price for the same routine scope.

Routine care includes mowing, standard trimming, and blowing clippings off nearby walks and drives, plus routine seasonal cleanup within the agreed scope. Very steep grades, unusual obstacles, difficult access, oversized yards, and excessive growth require a custom quote. Hedge work, major leaf removal, hauling, storm cleanup, and other extras are separately quoted unless expressly included.
